Determining Date Given Day Number and Year

This is a form that allows a user to determine the date (month and day) given the day number and the year. The algorithm utilized in this program uses the Gregorian calendar and is valid for years greater than 1582. The algorithm takes into account that in the year 1752, the calendar went from Wednesday, September 2, 1752, to Thursday, September 14, 1752.
